The 20th Annual Leomat/Mfezi 1000 swim organised by Fish Eagle Swimming Club will take place on 11/12 November 2011.

Individuals and Relays Teams (of 5 members) need to complete in total 40 widths of the Empangeni Municipal Swiming pool.
1. Relays: Corporate/ Social and School Teams
a. Entries for Relays closes on Wednesday 9 November at 20h00. Entries submitted after the cut off time and date may not be considered.
b. Friday is set aside for relays, unless otherwise agreed to and approved by the EVENT MANAGER.
c. Team swimmers will each swim 200m (consecutively), with the next swimmer only entering the water when the previous swimmer touches the
side of the pool. A relay team may only have 5 team members.
d. School Teams will only consist of students from that specific school.
e. Corporate Teams will only consist of staff employed by the specific company(ies) and/or direct family.
a. Social Groups: No SSA registered swimmers to enter as a social team
b. Relays swimming will start at 17h00 on Friday and continue until all swimmers have finished.
2. Individual swimming:
a. Individuals swimming will commence on Saturday morning at 08h00 and continue until all swimmers have finished.
b. Individual race entries will still be accepted until 11h00 Saturday morning at pool side.
