This rating may further be boosted by exploring black economic empowerment deals such as an employee share-scheme.  This potential broad-based black empowerment transaction will give employees an equity interest in the company.

CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT AND THE WAY FORWARD

With govement restructuring of the BEE charters which will have a greater focus on real BEE ownership, Leomat looks to linking Leomat's succession plans with the upcoming youth of BEE.  In the interim of the introduction of the new charters Leomat's preferred BEE ownership points come in the form of Joint Ventures with emerging BEE contracts from within each of our clients emerging contractors listings.  Leomat has undertaken several success JV's in this manner, and also adds greater value in line with improved CIDB grades.
